Local artists helping raise 'Change for Change'

The Change for Change Art Show is back again for a second year to raise money for Water Missions International! It's a FREE event where local artists have donated some awesome artwork and photographs to be sold for $50 or less. Artists will also be displaying/selling tons of other pieces as well, ya heard?

It's going down at the Mixson Barn at Park Circle on May 12th from 7-11 p.m.!The BBQ Joint and King of Pops will be supplying yums yums. Cork will be selling beer, wine, and glass bottle sodas. Charleston's high-energy rock n' roll outfit, The Shaniqua Brown, played their final show on Friday night at The Pour House.

Joined by local favorite bands in the lowcountry rock scene Bully Pulpit and Heyrocco as well as Savannah'a CUSSES, the packed house was treated to an exciting rhomp one band after another until the crowd seemingly exploded into a rush of '90s style slam dancing for the headliners .
