Three Piggly Wiggly supermarkets in the metro Charleston area will be featuring a very special brew over this holiday weekend.

Each of the selected stores will have one keg of Ghidorah beer, a special brew crafted by beer/wine specialist and sommelier Nick Long. The craft brew was concocted during his trip to Beer Camp at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.

With Hurricane Earl's drive by of Charleston has come some rather large and well-formed waves (which may hit a frightening and dangerous 11 feet today.) 

Well those waves not only drew out surfers yesterday, September 1, but they also drew out The Post and Courier which has some nice shots of surfing on Folly Beach.
