Way back in October 2010 North Charleston OK'd gambling boats to dock at the city's docks in hopes of up to a $1 million increase to the city's coffers, but nearly two years on the city has yet to land one.

Back in October expectations of up to a $1 million increase to the city's coffers encouraged North Charleston City Council to OK casino boats to be based from the city's docks.

Update February 12: The Post and Courier reports that the launch date for North Charleston's casino boat has been pushed back once again.
