One dead in Folly Beach apartment fire (Update: Victim identified)

One person perished in an early-morning fire that tore through an apartment located at 81 Center Street on Folly Beach.The victim, 43-year-old Thomas Theil, died from smoke inhalation.The cause of the fire is still being investigated.   More
