Wild Olive Cucina Italiana is thrilled to announce that they were recently certified as a 3 Star Certified Green Restaurant    ® by the Green Restaurant Association (GRA), a national nonprofit organization helping restaurants to become more environmentally sustainable.   "Becoming a green certified restaurant, I feel, is the acknowledgement of our responsibility as food ‘ambassadors’ to help correct a broken food system.
