The Glass Onion will host a hands-on cooking class on Tuesday, January 17, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Charleston Cooks,194 East Bay Street. Sarah O’Kelley, co-owner of the Glass Onion, will teach some recipes from their recently published cookbook – Glass Onion Classics.
Attendees can expect to cook dishes like the Glass Onion’s pimento cheese, shrimp etouffee, butterscotch pudding and more. Tickets are $65 and can be purchased at Charleston Cooks.
