The Lowcountry Highrollers will be holding its first ever merchandise design contest and will be accepting submissions through January 31.
The Highrollers is holding its first ever ‘LCHR design contest,’ and will be accepting completed design ideas via its Facebook page and through e-mail until January 31. League skaters and Facebook fans will vote on the best designs in search of fresh merchandise for the upcoming LCHR season.
To enter, participants must submit completed design ideas in .pdf or .jpg form to email@example.com or to the LCHR Facebook page in advance of the voting period. There is no limit on how many ideas an individual can submit. Voting for the winning ideas will start on the LCHR Facebook page February 1 and run through February 7.
The first-place prizewinner will have his or her design printed on new LCHR merchandise to be sold at league bouts and events throughout the season. He or she will also receive two season passes to the entire 2013 roller derby season and a T-shirt featuring the winning design. Second- and third-place finishers will receive two tickets each to any LCHR home bout this season and one piece of merchandise each with his or her design on it.
