A water main on Huger Street, between Meeting and King, burst Friday around 6 p.m., leaving dozens of residents without water, though it was supposed to be back on around midnight. The break also left a 20-foot hole in the ground, and traffic is being redirected at least through Monday.
From ABC News 4:
Crews from Charleston Water Systems are on scene trying to repair the situation. Vehicle traffic to the area will be shutdown through the weekend and into Monday.
