Love bacon? Love bourbon? Put the two together and we have a match made in heaven at the 3rd annual Bacon and Bourbon on Saturday, February 20th at Memminger Auditorium. A dozen local chefs will prepare bacon-inspired dishes, everything from bacon-infused cotton candy to chili smoked duck bacon, served alongside bourbon & cocktails from two dozen distilleries.
