Despite the Cigar Factory's stagnant state, chef and restaurateur Ken Vedrinski's work on East Bay Street continues to push forward on his newest Italian restaurant, Introdacqua.
Vedrinski's space is completely separate from the rest of the development, so his hope of opening in February are still a viable option. Familiar with working in undesirable locations, Vedrinski has the experience and culinary skill to make Introdacqua shine.
