The Lowcountry Highrollers have started off the 2012 season undefeated and will soon have to defend that status against one of our toughest opponents yet - the Tallahassee Rollergirls.
Inject some roller derby action into your Sunday Funday and come out to the 'Skatin’ Fast, Turnin’ Left' bout on April 1st at 1 p.m.
In addition to derby there will be beer, music, plus fun for the kids all day and great raffle prizes. Check out a belly-dancing halftime show, and keep partying after the final whistle at The Royal American.
Per usual, it's all going down at The Citadel's McAlister Field House, located at 171 Moultrie Street, in downtown Charleston. Doors open at 12:30 p.m.
Bout admission is $10 in advance and $14 at the door. VIP is $40 a pop and children 10 and younger get in free. A portion of proceeds will benefit Girls Rock Charleston, a music arts camp for Charleston County youths.
