Looking for a way to jump into a fitness routine, but don't know where to start? Worried about keeping motivation for your workouts? Rather workout with a group than alone? Tired of the same old gym routine? Wondering about "alternative" sports groups in the Myrtle Beach area? If so, the Myrtle Beach Social-Fitness Expo is the push you need to explore the many different opportunities that exist in the Grand Strand.
On March 28, 2012 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Rodeo Bar at Broadway at The Beach, the Social-Fitness Expo kicks it into high gear. It aims at introducing residents to a barrage of different fitness opportunities and clubs that exist along the Grand Strand. Their goal is to raise awareness of each of the clubs as well as promote a healthy, fun atmosphere here at the beach.

- Myrtle Beach Mutiny FC

8 p.m. Clubs will compete in who has the toughest bull riding athlete

TheDigitel is all about promoting positivity in Myrtle Beach. We believe that a major part of that is to also promote fitness. We will be on hand not only covering the event but also looking at connecting and promoting all the wonderful opportunities that exist right here in our backyard.
