We journeyed all the way from our Cannon Street office down to 160 East Bay Street to meet up with the co-owners of Baked, Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito.
While the owners of downtown Charleston's newest bakery and coffee shop live closer to their first store in Brooklyn, they came down to meet some of the local community at their "warm-up event." So, we thought "why not have a chat with them and find out who they are and why they opened in Charleston?"
