Updated July 1: The Beaufort Gazette has confirmed that the S.C. Budget and Control Board again has delayed a vote on the sale of the Port of Port Royal. The board now isn't expected to meet until Aug. 10. Read the Gazette article here.
First reported June 28: Just spotted a remark on Port Royal Town Councilman Joe Lee's Facebook account that the S.C. Budget and Control Board's ruling on the sale of the Port of Port Royal has been delayed until August.
