Update November 25: The story is alive again.

Charleston Scene has a quick blurb about the site in the  Shoppes at Seaside Farms (near the the Mount Pleasant Target) and some idea on the 2011 opening date.

Take a read here (it's about six briefs down.)

First reporting, April 29: Brothers Henry and Chai Eang, co-owners of upper King Street's Thai restaurant Basil, have applied for a permit to build a 7,000-square-foot, two-story dining establishment at Seaside Farms off Long Grove Drive in Mount Pleasant.

The Post and Courier has a brief on the news over here.

There's plenty of great Charleston content out there, but it's ever harder to find -- Charleston's TheDigitel is the only place to get linked to the best Charleston content and events.
