First reporting, April 29: Brothers Henry and Chai Eang, co-owners of upper King Street's Thai restaurant Basil, have applied for a permit to build a 7,000-square-foot, two-story dining establishment at Seaside Farms off Long Grove Drive in Mount Pleasant.
