After apparent jump, woman rescued from base of Cooper River bridge

The woman was believed to have jumped from the Charleston side of the bridge.
Shortly after 4 a.m. authorities received a report of a woman jumping from the Charleston side of the Ravenel Bridge near Drum Island, but it wasn't until almost 9 a.m. that someone would spot her.
