EVO Craft Bakery opens for business (Update: Success)

EVO Craft Bakery, the compliment to Park Circle's EVO Pizzeria, is opening for business on Monday.
EVO Craft Bakery will share the local focus and passion for simple, honest, fresh food in artisan baked goods. The bakery is located behind EVO Pizzeria - 1075 East Montague Avenue - with an outdoor patio to enjoy morning coffee and pastries.
In addition to pastries, the bakery will offer fresh baked artisan breads, pastries, local coffee, beer, wine and more.
EVO Craft Bakery will open at 7 a.m. Monday-Saturdays, starting Monday, August 13.
Update: The bakery had its first day today and so far it's sounding impressive — and the Charleston City Paper notes that although the shop's initial hours are until 2 p.m., they sold out by 11 a.m.
