No sticker is required at B&J's or Starbucks, as it is against election laws for gifts for voters. All you have to do is ask. This was just confirmed on MSNBC.

I went by Sam's Club around 12:30 after voting and stopped at the Chick-fil-a in Tanger Shops area. I showed my sticker and was told "free sandwich with anything you buy."
I bought a side order of waffle fries, took the free sandwich home and had a late lunch. Thanks Chick!
