Charleston pushes to get more people shopping downtown this Christmas season
While the City of Charleston is offering the usual free parking vouchers in hopes of luring more downtown, there's also a couple of new things that factor in: Opening the streets to pedestrians on Second Sundays, and a free downtown shuttle.
