Cyclist killed in Folly Road wreck was suspect from 'Skinful' death (Updated)

Update: A lawsuit has been filed.
The cyclist killed in a wreck on Folly Road on Thursday evening is the same man, Matthew Reid Fisher, that was charged with an alleged felony DUI after the auto-pedestrian fatal accident near the "Skinful Halloween" party last October.

Update May 15: The Charleston City Paper has followed up to mostly note that the charges relating to the 2011 Skinful fatality had not been dropped against Fisher at the time of his death.
