The Holy City's best February food deals

The Charleston City Paper has a good roundup of the best food deals going on at our hard-hit restaurants. Carolina's, Circa 1886, Coco’s Cafe, and Yo Burrito are all on the list of 15 or so.

For starters:
City Lights Coffee is doing a buy one, get one free promotion on Tuesdays.
You can get a super-cheap, super-great three-course gourmet meal at Trident Tech's culinary institute. Details.
Fish is doing "Mercy of the Chef" every Tuesday at Fish. 3 courses, $25, chef's choice. Also, happy hour, M - F with $1 dim sum.
La Fourchette has a prix fix menu for $25 per person.
