Supporter message
If you were a fan of Hard Rock Park in Myrtle Beach, it's now even less likely the bankrupt park has a future.
Read more stories on this subject in our Hard Rock Park topic page. The park said to be worth $400 million closed in September, and went up for auction. -- But no one would bid the minimum $35 million.
So, the company has gone under Chapter 7 bankruptcy and its assets are going to a trustee for liquidation.
The company is some $300 million in debt.
Crazy.

I don't know about you, but I think it would really go great with the decor of TheDigitel offices.

I hate to say this, but I kind of saw this one coming as soon as they announced there would be a park with this theme to it.

Those dastards reviewed a business vending proposal of mine, turned it down and copied the idea themselves. My business sees thousands of customers a year in other locations around MB so I had the distinct opportunity to "inform" tourists about the expensive ticket prices and lack of quality rides all summer long. I feel I had a part in its demise and I couldn't be happier! Selfish? Yeah, but business is dog eat dog. Goliath went down hard.
Hey Steve you should have included the locals. This town is far too small for inconsiderate outsiders.
