Sean Brock wins Culinary Preservation Award



Sean Brock won the 2012 Culinary Preservation Award from Cooking Light.

Brock (McCrady's, Husk) is well-known in Charleston for his efforts for preserving food that hasn't been used extensively since the 19th Century and now the magazine has honored him for his work.
