John’s Island Branch Book Sale set for July 20-21
Beef up your summer reading stack this month when the Charleston Friends of the Library host the John’s Island Branch Book Sale.

With great bargains, good books and a chance to support your library system, all are in invited to this free public event. Books, DVDs, and CDs, will be available with prices starting at $1 for paperbacks and $3 for hardback books. Items include mysteries, romances, classics, children’s books, local histories, cookbooks and a variety of non-fiction topics.
Sale hours are as follows:
- Friday, July 20 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday, July 21 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The John's Island Branch of the Charleston County Public Library system is located at 3531 Maybank Highway.
