House Industries founder Rich Roat to speak in Charleston

Join the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA) this Thursday night, May 24, for a presentation and party with Rich Roat, founder of House Industries.

Founded in 1993 by Andy Cruz and Rich Roat, House Industries is known for its eclectic typeface collections and exploits into product design. House attributes its body of work to passion, fundamental skills, and a genuine love for their subject matter.
This special event will be held downtown at the offices of Blue Ion at 301-B King Street, above the Apple Store; enter from Liberty Alley.
Doors open at 6 p.m., the talk starts at 7 p.m., and drinks and snacks will be served. The event is free for all AIGA members, and just $5 for non-members.
